Delivery Information
Delivery Days & Times: Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am – 4:00pm. Deliveries of more than 5 steps require a two-person delivery charge of £20 per item. We do not deliver American fridge freezers up flights of stairs. In most cases, next-day delivery is available depending on the type of appliance and installation requirements.

Delivery Services
Spare Parts Delivery
All spare parts are shipped using our standard service via 1st Class Royal Mail. Some items may use First Class Recorded Delivery, which requires a signature. If unavailable, the postal service will leave collection instructions.
Most parcels are delivered within 1–3 days in the UK, often the same day. Next-day delivery is available for an additional fee. Out-of-stock items will be communicated promptly for cancellation, refund, or back-order.
Home Appliance Delivery
We offer FREE local delivery on the same day or at a time of your choosing in Blackpool, the Fylde Coast, and parts of Preston. Deliveries beyond these areas may incur a small charge. Appliances requiring two-person delivery due to stairs may incur extra charges.
What We Offer:
- Convenient Delivery Times: Choose a delivery time that suits you.
- Packaging Removal & Recycling: We take away packaging and recycle it if needed.
- Old Appliance Removal: We can remove and recycle your old appliance upon delivery.
- Installation Services: Installation is available upon request, with a small charge for appliances delivered above the first floor unless a working lift is available.
Please ensure your old appliance is disconnected and ready for removal unless installation is selected.
Local Delivery Areas:
Free delivery to postcode areas: FY1, FY2, FY3, FY4, FY5, FY6, FY7, FY8, PR1, PR2, PR3, PR4. Many qualify for same-day delivery. Charges may apply for locations outside this area. Enter your postcode at checkout or call 01253 699009.
Order Delivery Timing
Appliance deliveries are normally made within 1–3 days. Same-day or next-day delivery may be available, provided there are delivery slots available and sufficient time to install the product you have chosen. Items marked as "Please Call for Availability" will have specific delivery dates provided upon request.
All deliveries require full payment and will only be made to the genuine cardholder.
TV Set Delivery and Installation
TV installation covers setup onto a stand and connection to existing cables only. Wall mount installation can be arranged on request.
Recycling Services
We remove like-for-like old appliances when delivering new ones. Charges may apply for old appliance disposal. For more information, see WEEE recycling info.
