Appliance Installation & Removal Services
Delivery Information
Deliveries are provided Monday to Friday from 8:45 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. In most cases, we can provide next-day delivery, depending on the appliance and installation requirements, as some installations may take longer to schedule. Deliveries involving more than five steps require a two-person delivery, which costs £20 per item.
Please note: American-style fridge freezers cannot be delivered up flights of stairs.
Note: Charges apply only to like-for-like appliance installations. Additional fees apply for alterations or removing built-in appliances when a freestanding installation is purchased.

Appliance Installation Procedures
Free Standing Washing Machines
- Remove old appliance and disconnect pipework.
- Blank off hot water pipe where possible.
- Unbox and inspect new appliance.
- Remove transit bolts.
- Connect to existing pipework and position correctly.
- Test appliance and demonstrate usage.
- Remove old appliance and packaging unless you wish to keep it.
Integrated Washing Machines
- Remove plinth, appliance door, and old appliance; disconnect pipework.
- Blank off hot water pipe where possible.
- Unbox, inspect, and connect new appliance.
- Fit plinth and cupboard door (if possible).
- Test appliance and demonstrate usage.
- Remove old appliance and packaging unless you wish to keep it.
Note: Hinge adjustments included if necessary.
Free Standing Tumble Dryers
- Remove old appliance and disconnect vent (if applicable).
- Unbox and inspect new appliance.
- Connect vent/pipework.
- Position and test appliance.
- Demonstrate usage.
- Remove old appliance and packaging unless you wish to keep it.
Integrated Tumble Dryers
- Remove plinth, dryer door, and old appliance; disconnect vent.
- Unbox, inspect, connect pipework, and position appliance.
- Fit plinth and cupboard door.
- Test appliance and demonstrate usage.
- Remove old appliance and packaging unless you wish to keep it.
Note: Door hinge adjustments included if needed.
Free Standing Fridges & Freezers
- Remove old appliance and disconnect mains.
- Unbox and inspect new appliance.
- Connect to mains and position correctly.
- Swap door hinges if required (£15 per door).
- Remove old appliance and packaging unless you wish to keep it.
Integrated Fridges & Freezers
- Disconnect cupboard doors and remove plinth if needed.
- Remove old appliance and disconnect mains.
- Unbox, inspect, connect, and position new appliance.
- Refit cupboard doors and plinth; test appliance.
- Remove old appliance and packaging unless you wish to keep it (£15 for fridges/freezers).
American Style Fridges & Freezers
- Remove old appliance and disconnect mains.
- Unbox and inspect new appliance.
- Remove doors if needed to fit through tight spaces.
- Connect to mains and position appliance.
- Remove old appliance and packaging unless you wish to keep it (£15).
Dishwashers (Free Standing & Integrated)
- Remove old appliance and disconnect pipework.
- Unbox, inspect, and connect new appliance.
- Refit plinth and cupboard door (integrated only).
- Position and test appliance.
- Demonstrate usage.
- Remove old appliance and packaging unless you wish to keep it.
Cookers, Ovens & Hobs
- Isolate power supply and remove old appliance.
- Unbox and inspect new appliance.
- Connect to mains, position, and test.
- Demonstrate usage.
- Stonework countertops cannot be cut; standard worktops can be adjusted.
Gas appliances must be disconnected & Installed by a registered gas fitter. We can provide recommendations for trusted professionals you can hire directly; payment is made to them, as they are independent and not employed by us
Optional Removal & Recycling
- We can take away like-for-like appliances when delivering your new one.
- Optional removal of old appliance and packaging: £30.
- All waste is recycled in accordance with WEEE regulations.
