Appliance Delivery Services
Delivery Days & Times: Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm. Deliveries over 5 steps require a two-man delivery (£20 per item). We cannot deliver American-style fridge freezers up flights of stairs.
Next-Day Delivery: Available in most cases, depending on appliance size, installation requirements, and available delivery slots.

Spare Parts Delivery
- Shipped via standard 1st Class Royal Mail or recorded delivery where applicable.
- Next-day delivery options are available for an additional fee.
- We will contact you if any item is out of stock.
Order Delivery Timing
Appliances are normally delivered within 1-3 days. Same-day or next-day deliveries may be available, depending on delivery slots and installation time required for your chosen appliance. Items marked "Please Call for Availability" will have specific delivery dates.
All deliveries require full payment and are made only to the genuine cardholder.
TV Set Delivery & Installation
- TVs are delivered and connected to existing cables.
- Wall mounting is not included but can be arranged separately.
Recycling Services
- We can take away like-for-like appliances when delivering your new one.
- Charges apply for transportation of old electrical items.
- All waste is recycled according to WEEE regulations.
